Engage your team

I’ve helped a lot of teams with their personal growth and professional development by using podcasts as the key content tool. This is usually how I have structured the learning process:

• Find a list of podcasts that are relevant to your business and leadership team

• Each staff member listens to one podcast per week (or fortnight), then meet either in person or online to discuss it

• Give each person a few minutes to share their thoughts

• Focus the discussion around practical application rather than just “These are ideas I thought were good”

• If the podcast is too long, break it up over a few weeks to keep people engaged
