The top business books every leader should read
Grow yourself and grow your business
The health of your business is directly tied to your growth as a leader. To run a better business you need to become a better leader. To become a better leader you need to learn and grow continually. One of the best (and most convenient) ways is to read (or listen to) books. My encouragement is to invest in yourself and start a regular reading habit. Most busy leaders I work with listen on the go to make sure they are always growing.
Knowledge is good, but wisdom is better
Don’t just read apply what you learn to your business. Knowledge is good, but applying what you learn is better. Wisdom is knowledge applied. Take your time. The goal is not to finish the book, but to grow and make a difference in your business.
